Flight Path started because Hassan kept seeing the same problem: a family in crisis, no idea who to call, and a system that doesn't move fast enough.
Based in LA and New York, working worldwide. We do crisis intervention, recovery coaching, and mental health support. We work with individuals, families, and organizations. Some of our clients live alone. Some have full household staff. The work is the same either way.
Our team coordinates care across providers, treatment teams, legal counsel, and family systems. One point of contact. Nothing falls through the cracks.
Meet the Founder
Hassan Galedary
Founder & Executive Director
Hassan Galedary has spent over a decade doing crisis intervention and recovery work. He specializes in family interventions, the hard conversations nobody wants to have, and the logistics of getting someone from a bad situation into the right care.
He founded Flight Path because he kept seeing the same gap: families in crisis with nowhere to turn that wasn't a call center or a Google search. He works out of LA and New York but takes clients everywhere, and he's hands-on in a way that most programs aren't. He answers his phone. He shows up.

The Clinical Team
Esme Edwards, MFT
Therapist
M.A. Clinical Psychology, Antioch University
Esme Edwards has a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, with a background in social work and focused training in substance use treatment and community mental health. She works with teenagers and adults. Some of her clients are in acute crisis. Others are past the emergency but doing the quieter, harder work of building a stable daily life in recovery.
Sean Brundrett, LCSW
Clinical Director
LCSW
Sean Brundrett has years of clinical experience working with adolescents and high-profile individuals dealing with mental health and substance use issues. As Clinical Director, he reviews every care plan Flight Path builds. He earned his LCSW in high-level treatment environments, and he's the person making sure the clinical side of things is sound. He's also the person who reminds the rest of the team that there's a human being at the center of every case file.
Beyond our core team, we work with a network of physicians, psychiatrists, therapists, recovery coaches, and case managers. Every recovery plan is built around the individual. We work with small families and large estates, and everything is discreet.
